Davide Palluda, born at Canale (CN)  in 1971, got his degree at the Hotel School of Barolo.
After the professional studies at the Hotel School of Barolo, he had training experiences in Italy and abroad.
The young yet renowned Chef  based his activity on permanent study, high professionality, and great passion for his territory,  Roero, the portion at the north-east end of the Cuneo province, rich of food and wine history and culture.As of 1995 he is the manager of “All’Enoteca” restaurant associated to the Enoteca Regionale of Roero di Canale.
In 2000 he was awarded an amazing acknowledgement: a Michelin star and he was elected “Young cook of the year” by the guide of the Espresso.In 2006, with his wife Annalisa, he opened the food lab “DP” and in 2013 the Osteria dell’Enoteca.
He was the promoter of the Roero food heritage development.
